It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that last up to two years. It never receives your name, contact details or the addresses you enter. If you don't accept, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Who handles your information

CCS Logistics Ltd (company number 16731392) is responsible for your personal information as the data controller. We use these service providers to run the website and our service:

  • Google Maps Platform: the addresses and postcodes you type into our quote and booking forms are sent to Google to suggest addresses and work out the route, distance and price.
  • Resend: delivers the booking and contact form messages to our inbox and your confirmation emails.
  • Vercel: hosts this website.
  • Google Workspace: runs our email.
  • Google Analytics: only if you accept analytical cookies (see above).

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as approved contract terms.

Lawful Basis for Processing & Data Retention

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we must have a lawful basis to process your personal data. The basis for processing the information we collect is typically:
